- Out of the contracted service, can we provide support for a campaign or a punctual overflow?
Yes, since we have an elastic service, we can provide support for any exceptional situation and/or punctual campaign, but we always need a minimum of 15 days in advance to restructure the team and provide an excellent service despite the increase in volume.
- Can I pay for the use of the service?
Yes, we can design both management and reporting services. At Digamelon we offer a personalized and customizable service for each client, as long as we are notified in advance and these options are considered from the beginning of the service to lay a solid foundation.
